📜 Author Guidelines for Agriculture Journal – Article Submission
1. INTRODUCTION
AgriPublication is an agriculture-focused student e-magazine that provides a platform for agriculture students, researchers, and young professionals to publish their original academic and educational articles.
These Author Guidelines are designed to help authors understand the complete process of article preparation, submission, review, and publication. Authors are requested to read all guidelines carefully before submitting their article.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBMISSION
Articles can be submitted by:
B.Sc. Agriculture students
M.Sc. Agriculture students
PhD scholars
Agriculture researchers and professionals

Both single-author and multi-author (co-author) articles are accepted.

4. LANGUAGE OF THE ARTICLE
Authors may submit articles in:
English
Hindi
The language used should be simple, clear, and understandable for students.
5. ARTICLE ORIGINALITY & ETHICS
The article must be original and written by the author(s).
The article should not be published earlier in any journal, website, blog, or magazine.
The article should not be under review in any other publication platform.
Any form of plagiarism, copied content, or AI-generated content without human editing may lead to rejection.
The author is fully responsible for the originality and accuracy of the content.
6. ARTICLE STRUCTURE & FORMAT
Authors should prepare their article in the following structure:
6.1 Title of the Article
Title should be clear, short, and meaningful
Avoid very long or confusing titles
6.2 Author Details
Full name of author(s)
College / University name
Course / Degree
Email address and contact number of the corresponding author
6.3 Abstract (Recommended)
100–150 words
Brief summary of the article
Helps editors understand the content quickly
6.4 Main Content
The article should be logically divided into sections such as:
Introduction
Main discussion / explanation
Sub-headings (if required)
Conclusion or summary
6.5 References (If applicable)
Mention references clearly
Use a consistent format
Avoid unnecessary references
7. FORMATTING GUIDELINES
Font: Times New Roman (English) / Unicode font (Hindi)
Font size: 12 pt (Headings may be larger)
Line spacing: 1.0 or 1.15
Use proper headings and subheadings
Images, tables, or graphs (if any) should be clear and relevant

9. PUBLICATION FEE & PAYMENT PROCESS
AgriPublication follows a transparent publication fee system to support editorial and technical operations.
Payment Process:

Choose the correct payment option
Complete the payment via UPI / Razorpay
Take a screenshot of the successful payment
Upload the payment screenshot while submitting the article form
Articles submitted without valid payment proof will not be processed.
10. ARTICLE SUBMISSION PROCESS (STEP-BY-STEP)
Complete the payment and save the payment screenshot
Go to the Article Submission Page
Fill in all required details carefully
Upload:
Article file
Payment screenshot
Author photo (if required)
Accept the declaration and copyright consent
Click on Submit Article
After submission, you will be redirected to a confirmation page.
11. REVIEW & EDITORIAL PROCESS
All submitted articles are reviewed by the editorial team
Articles are checked for:
Relevance to agriculture
Content quality
Clarity and originality
The editorial team may:
Accept the article
Suggest minor revisions
Reject the article (with valid reasons)
The decision of the editorial board is final.
12. PUBLICATION & CERTIFICATION
Accepted articles will be published on the AgriPublication platform
A publication certificate will be issued to the author(s) after publication
Certificates are provided in digital format
13. COPYRIGHT & RIGHTS
Upon acceptance, authors grant AgriPublication the right to publish the article
Authors retain personal academic credit for their work
Republishing the same article elsewhere without permission is not allowed
14. IMPORTANT NOTES
Publication fee is non-refundable
AgriPublication does not guarantee publication of all submitted articles
Providing false information may lead to rejection or removal of the article
