2. No Refund Policy
- All publication fees are non-refundable.
- Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Author’s decision to withdraw the article
- Errors in submission made by the author
- Failure to follow author guidelines
Submission of an article does not guarantee publication.
3. Cancellation of Submission
- Authors may choose to cancel or withdraw their article submission by contacting us via email.
- However, cancellation of submission does not entitle the author to any refund of the publication fee.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

- An incorrect amount is paid due to a technical error
Authors must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid payment proof.
